Macon Speedway Announces The Largest Promotion Ever To Honor Our Modified Drivers And Their Fans

Macon SpeedwayMacon, IL — Macon Speedway proudly announces our new promotion, “Best Fan in the Stands.” The promotion is to designed to reward our loyal modified drivers and their fans buy giving each a chance to bring home some extra cash each and every Saturday night. Each week a volunteer will draw a finishing number for the Modified feature event to determine the weeks Modified feature “Best Fan in the Stands” winner. That Modified driver will receive a $100 bonus and will get to choose his or her “Best Fan in the Stands” which will also receive $100.

Opening Night on April 5 will kick off an exciting season of racing at Macon Speedway, Macon, IL, featuring UMP Late Models, UMP Modifieds, UMP Sportsman, UMP Street Stocks and UMP Hornets. The 2008 schedule showcases a variety of traditional fan favorite special events plus three Nights of NASCAR Stars when NASCAR drivers are available for autographs and actually compete with local favorites.

Fans won’t want to miss any of the action at Macon Speedway with a full summer of hot weekly racing action every Saturday night combined with an exciting mix of special events – both new and traditional.
